1.Left leg steps back at 45°. Pivot to the left into left zenkutsu-dachi. Block with left gedan-barai.

2.Right leg steps forward in right zenkutsu-dachi. Punch with right chudan-tsuki.

3.Right leg moves back and to the left. Pivot 180° into right zenkutsu-dachi. Block with right gedan-barai.

4.Left leg steps forward in left zenkutsu-dachi. Punch with left chudan-tsuki.

5.Left leg moves back at 45°. Pivot to the left (facing back up the "I") into left zenkutsu-dachi. Block with left gedan-barai.

6.Right leg steps forward in right zenkutsu-dachi. Punch with right chudan-tsuki.
